Delivery to Your Address

Delivery for equipment and vehicles is $0.80 per mile. We serve most locations in the USA, Canada and Mexico, with restrictions in some remote areas. Confirm access and delivery arrangements with our team before ordering.

Pre-Delivery Preparation

Each unit is inspected, cleaned and prepared for transport before shipping. Ask our team about the preparation and condition of the equipment or vehicle you are considering.

On Delivery Day

Delivery is scheduled within a two-hour window, with notice 15 minutes before arrival. At handover, your specialist will review the unit's key features and documentation with you.

Equipment & Vehicle Servicing

Pre-Sale Inspection

Equipment and vehicles are inspected and serviced before listing. The process includes cleaning, testing mechanical systems and checking key safety features.

Review the Unit's Condition

Check the listing details and ask about inspection findings, service history and any known issues. Our team can help you review the unit before you decide to buy.

Returns

Eligible used equipment and vehicles may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the usage limit and conditions below. Qualifying refunds cover the purchase price; the listed fees are excluded.

30-Day / 200 Hours Returns

Return Policy

The G&M Equipment and Sales 30-Day / 200 Hours Return Policy applies to eligible units that meet all of the following conditions:

Refund equals 100% of the purchase price; fees such as buyer fees, payment processing, taxes, and reconditioning are not reimbursable.
The refundable purchase price must not exceed 104% of the Wholesale National Average for the unit’s hours or mileage at the date of purchase.
Policy applies to eligible buyers in the USA, Canada, or Mexico purchasing units located within the USA.

Eligible categories and unit requirements:

Used construction and agricultural equipment;
Commercial and off-road vehicles;
RVs, trailers, and towing units;
Cars, SUVs, and light trucks meeting policy conditions;
Units priced above $1,000 and free from structural damage.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Applies to used equipment and vehicles purchased online and delivered through our shipping service. Items must be returned in original condition with no modifications.
Timeframe: The 30-day return period begins upon delivery.
Usage Limit: Up to 200 machine hours or an equivalent usage threshold for applicable vehicles.
Return Process: Contact our sales team within 30 days to begin the return.
Return Shipping: We coordinate and cover return shipping through approved carriers.
Inspection: All returned units are inspected; damage or modifications may result in restocking fees.
Refund: Issued to the original payment method once conditions are met.
Restocking Fees: Up to 20% if the unit is not in original condition.
Exclusions: Not applicable to new equipment or vehicles, or items inspected onsite prior to purchase.
Governing Law: Governed by the laws of ID, USA.
