This 2024 Caterpillar 289D3 tracked skid steer loader has 1,471 hours shown and comes with an 86-inch low-profile Caterpillar bucket. The bucket has a bolt-on cutting edge, allowing that wear component to be replaced separately.

A 3.3-liter, four-cylinder Caterpillar C3.3B diesel engine powers the hydrostatic drivetrain. Two-speed travel provides separate settings for working around the loading area and moving between tasks. A hydraulic quick coupler simplifies changes between compatible attachments, with auxiliary hydraulics and an auxiliary electrical outlet providing additional attachment connections. Counterweights are included.

The enclosed cab features air conditioning, heat and a backup camera. Hand-operated bucket controls and a pattern changer allow the operator to select the control arrangement. An electronic monitoring panel keeps machine information available at the operator station. The wide low-profile bucket is a practical setup for handling loose material.
